The Daily Show: Sarah Palin Blames Sexism For Her Failure

POSTED BY: TheInDecider

Sarah Palin plays the victim in a new conservative documentary, blaming sexism, media malpractice, and classism.

According to Palin, if she had been a Democrat, she wouldn't have undergone the same scrutiny. Do you agree?

  3. Jon Stewart's jokes and comments about Ak Gov Sarah Pailin
is despicable and certainly not amusing. His repeated insults and
cheap shots at the Governor sounds increasingly shrill. This
RETARD and MORON should look for another line of work.

  5. Parah Palin was not ready for office and her interviews showed this- period. She should really be mad at her own party because they sold her down the river big time. Why is she so eager to point the blame on the liberal media? Just be honest with yourself and say that you were not ready…were not prepared…and still not ready to be vice-president. I think that Palin thought she could out "cute" her opponents and just be the pretty face in the back ground. Knowing that this is a "man's world" how could any woman not be prepared for everything that the media would throw at them. You should have been ready Sarah! Put on some big girl panties and move on!!!!

  7. This Ziegler Documentary is Ziegler's sorry attempt to make a name for himself, as well as helping her keep her name out there. It is was obvious that Palin was simply a choice by McCain to try to win Republican Right votes and jazz up his losing campaign. There were plenty of more qualified, more educated choices than Palin for the Rep VP. Was she treated unfairly by the media? Maybe, however, if she had more intelligent and informed answers to questions that were asked of her, it wouldn't have gone in the direction it did. The Couric interview on her reading question was asked most likely because of the already poor direction her candidacy was headed. She had poor or unclear answers to so many questions before the newspaper question, that were giving us great doubt she was a viable leader. One might consider that if Obama/Biden had given poor or unclear answers to the media questions, they would have picked up on it and brought it to the limelight too??? Think about it. It was obvious that Obama's intellegence and ability to concisely answer questions didn't give the media much fodder to play on. My only hope now is that she would just go away from the limelight for good!!!

  8. Instead of whining, Sarah Palin should be re-evaluating. What could she have done differently to ensure that Barack Obama did not win the presidency. Oh, I have it……she could have run on his ticket. Obama/Palin. What a missed opportunity! She'd have sunk the Obama campaign handily. And been a hero to boot. Sadly, she missed her opportunity. Maybe next time. She appears to be readily honing her re-invention skills. Fortunately her high opinion of herself will keep her forging ahead. There's always a Zeigler out there willing to make a few pennies from the guaranteed publicity generated by this very watchable train wreck of a woman. Imagine….WWSD?? I personally will continue to watch her, she's a riot. Comedians couldn't consistently write this stuff!

  9. Palin is the one who is gettong shrill. She says the same thing over and over… The 2008 campaign is over, but she doesn't get it…or is it because she knows she has nothing else to say? How many times a month do you all think of Alaska. let alone Palin! The Dems would love for her to be a national candidate in 2012, if the Repubs are dumb enough to have her again.

  10. "Obama's intellegence and ability to concisely answer questions"?!! This is a myth. During 2008, his campaign did not allow him to even be questioned for months and months. He read all his speeches off the teleprompter. When he is not reading speeches that someone else wrote, he often shows that he's not all that bright or informed, such as saying he would meet with Iran "with no pre-conditions". Dumb! The media rarely ask him any tought questions, or follow-up questions. Palin may not have been on the top of her game for the interviews, but give her a break- she only had a couple of weeks to prepare, not months and months like Obama. She had much more actual experience running something (9 yrs as mayor, 2 as Governor to Obama's 0) She will get better at interacting with the media, whereas Obama's inexperience and radical views are already showing him to be a failure..
