The New York Times has an article dated July 9th (which I'm pretty sure is tomorrow) titled "McCain Makes Appeal to Hispanics."
I'm gonna be honest with you and tell you it looks really boring and I didn't read it all way through. But still, I think I have a pretty good idea of what his "appeal to Hispanics" is…
