John McCain Merges Slowly onto the Information Superhighway

POSTED BY: CubbyChaser

Correction on a previous item: John McCain has, in fact, figured out how to connect his typewriter to the internet. How do we know? Because he made a little funny about a popular Web searching enginemabob

Republican presidential candidate John McCain joked on Monday that Google, the popular Internet search engine, had made investigating his list of potential candidates a little bit easier.

"You know, basically it's a Google," he said to laughter at a fund-raising luncheon when asked how the selection process was going. "What you can find out now on the Internet — it's remarkable."

Awww. That's so cute. I almost hate to tell him that all the hip presidential candidates are finding their VPs on Facebook these days.

  4. Yeah, John! Like I used Google and found the Washington Post story which broke the scoop about Scooter Libby and Cheney's handwriting in the MARGIN of their newspaper.
And the Downing Street Memo, what UN Resolution 1441 said. And all the lead-up to Iraq, which ACTUALLY WERE LIES(you should have just gone ahead and said so, Scott).

And how KBR mistreats their employees, fudge costs; and that Halliburton has a LONG history of working with rogue nations outside our laws and sanctions.

AND, all the crap YOU supported in your tenure as Senator from Arizona. That you're now flip-floppity on.
